IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before booking at Coxons Farm Glamping Pods, please take a moment to read the information listed below. It includes important information regarding cancellation policies, site rules, terms and conditions.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE BEFORE STAYING WITH US.

PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your booking, a non-refundable payment of 30% will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. We do not accept provisional bookings

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW

A non-refundable payment equal to 30% of your booking will be taken at time of booking. Guests have the option to pay 100% of their total booking fee at this time. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days before check-in, we will keep the non-refundable booking fee, and refund any remaining balance. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, at our discretion we may offer a partial refund, or may offer an alternate date suitable to you, if we have the availability to do so. Otherwise, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

In the event of a no-show we do not offer either full or partial refunds.

CORONAVIRUS BOOKING GUARANTEE

In the event a booking has to be cancelled due to a covid related issue, we can guarantee you can switch your booking to an alternative date suitable to you, if we have the availability to do so. We do not offer refunds.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES - SECURITY DEPOSIT

Any damages to site facilities or the pods / structures themselves will incur additional charges. Guests must inform us of any breakages / damages as soon as possible. Any items left behind at our site must be claimed within two weeks of departure. if relevant, postage / packaging costs may apply. Guests MUST NOT remove any of the facilities / furniture provided on our site. Please ensure our pods are left in a clean and tidy state. We will take a security deposit of £50 on the day of your visit, this will be FULLY REFUNDED the day after you have left, provided there is no damages.

SMOKING

Smoking / vaping is NOT permitted in any of our glamping pods or communal areas.

BBQ'S / FIRES

disposable BBQ's must NOT be placed on picnic benches, decking or grassed areas. They must NOT be taken inside pods, or communal areas. They must be placed on either hardstanding or flagged areas, a suitable distance from any structures supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

We do not offer fire pits, any guest fire pits will be confiscated. Chinese lanterns are strictly banned.

DOGS

As a working farm, we do not allow dogs on site, except guide dogs. 

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

Please advise us to when you are expected to arrive. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, Check-out is 10am. Contactless check-in is in place, you will receive an email / text message before your booking with your code for the key safe.

COMPLAINTS

We take all complaints very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible in person or via phone, email, social media or website. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Please keep noise to a minimum in and around our site in respect to our neighbours. No amplified music to be played on site. 

Parents are responsible for their children, please keep children supervised at all times.

Please note, the farmyard and surrounding fields are OUT OF BOUNDS unless told otherwise by a member of staff from Coxons Farm Glamping Pods.

Our pods hold a maximum of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) while we appreciate friends may wish to visit our pods while you are staying with us, no overnight stays are permitted.​
